Are you often asked by funders and board leadership about the success and impact of your nonprofit programs? Do you struggle with the best methods and approaches to gather data to appropriately and accurately assess the quality and effectiveness of your programs? This session will take a deeper dive into nonprofit evaluation to determine the best systems and tools to use to collect data on your programs, when to apply them and how to engage others in the process. Let's take the mystery of the evaluation measurement so that you develop a toolkit of resources that you can use immediately after attending this session.

Learning Objectives:
  • Identify essential evaluation tools and resources (logic models, digital surveys, observations, databases and analysis tools);
  • Know when and how to use tools appropriately and creatively;
  • And, work effectively in engaging organizational stakeholders and community members around evaluation activities.
